Picked up a Homelite Super EZ the other day . Found no spark and it has the dreaded blue coil.. Fortunatly Sawnami sent me a link to bake it at 200 degrees for 12 hours. Baked it, installed it and it runs now. Beats all I've ever seen.

Might consider sealing it with clear coat. Just a thought; never did it yet. Will do on my next baked coul

This works. Strong enough to hold up under nitro-methane. I use it to seal cork floats on early saw carburetors.

I should have bolted on the oil pump to prevent that. [emoji20]

Tomorrow, back in the oven at 275 to grow the bore enuf to drive the bearing back.
