Took Bumblebee on a trip to Dustin's this evening. Maybe 30-35 miles round trip. Normally not a big deal, but I've never had Bee up to highway speed (60) for more than a mile or two. Did ok. Found lots of squeaks and rattles that will be looked at.
I know this for sure. I decided I don't care for straight pipes now.
Sounds like an old grain truck with broken manifolds.
It'll get a new exhaust with some kind of mufflers. Right now it doesn't have Cats on it. I've found,in the past, that Cats make good mufflers too. Ill try that first.

We have stock type Midas mufflers on the vet.

I learned early on the noise attracted too much attention and four hours in the saddle was enuff.
