Sorry to hear that. Every day I come to work I can't believe management hasn't ran this in to the ground. If it wasn't for customers calling as a last resort I'd be working some were else.

Every time I can. Remove the flywheel first. I've snapped a few key ways.

There's other jobs out there, but they are easier to get while you're still employed with your current employer ..

+1 to that brother , I use stater rope stuffed in the plug hole as a stop, works Every time!!
