Will it shock you? Does it generate that much juice?

A land line will knock the crap out of you when some one calls in on it if you have a hold of the wires. I saw a guy get tingled one day hooking up the phone lines on a elevator . I looked like this when it happened.

Stuns if ya do it right I was a kid when it happened. He ass would clean out old farm pond over doing it. Did mention he was a pos
