As I suspected, the metering diaphragm and gasket is same on Tilly HC & HL.

An HC is an HL without a pump side.

Rounds #1&2 on the Clinton's Tilley were fruitless. Fuel runs out of the carb when I open the tank petcock.[emoji35]

Needs a stronger metering lever spring and/or a Viton needle seat.
