Evening all! Scored some tickets on base to a concert my Wife wants to go to. I can't stand the guy, but Happy Wife...
I did get a big pile of wood stacked and am about to start swapping out some decrepit pallets for good ones, so I can continue the work on the tree row across the road. Hope to spend Thursday cutting over there and splitting at a steady pace. I figure I'll cut until the saw runs dry, set it down to let it cool and start splitting and throwing into the truck. Won't be Slow but won't be fast either, maybe halffast...

There is a 3120 for sale in my neck of the woods which is taunting me, but I need a 28"-50" mower worse right now... I'll get a 6 cube someday, but no more than I really need the 9010 right now, it can wait.

I do need to order some seals for the Kids Yamaha DT85 to get it up and burbling... Should be fun to see them riding around and developing an affliction for the ring-a-ding-ding-ding sound!

I wonder if the tape will seal like I think it will... Lol. It should be enough to hold a few psi for a pressure test. Muffler side I'll probably cut a piece of aluminum plate and put some inner tube on the back

If I had used a plate on the intake side instead of the carb body it would have had sooooo many threads before it was tight lol

I don't even think it has a crankcase leak because I saw the carb visibly dumping fuel randomly when the saw was off lol but I'm going to test it just because y'all keep saying to

I've used Gorilla Tape alone. Just stick a piece on, poke a couple holes through it and bolt it back together.

Pressurize the fuel inlet side of the carb. It should hold 5PSI. If not, you've got a needle and seat problem.
