Replacing the #2 pack. That big black box balances the cells after replacing the pack. ($5,000 battery charger)And what ya gonna do with that?

Replaced this one under the 10 yr 100,000 mi warranty. Not sure what a complete drive motor battery would run. Everything is repairable/replaceable in them so not much call for an assembly.Just curious, what's the price to replace one of those?
The tensioner sucks. Lol. Time for oem
mine doesn't work at allMy take on those is they need deburring with a small file.
My 361 is 'crunchy' but works.
Always wondered if the packs were rebuildable or if the whole thing had to be replaced. What size are the individual cells? Can they be replaced individually?Replaced this one under the 10 yr 100,000 mi warranty. Not sure what a complete drive motor battery would run. Mounted up on the bench, pulled the plug and spun it with a drill. Got spark. Put the recoil back on, dribbled some mix down the carb and pulled. Little devil fired up. Put some fuel in the tank. Leaking at the seam. I suspect it was dropped. Ran a bead of SealAll along the seam. Time let it sit overnight. Serial number starts out with 358 then is unreadable. I forget, is 358 built by Poulan?View attachment 44409
Perfect temp for working out in the shop. Time to start going through these boxes I got from Marc. I have a propane patio heater next to my bench. Does a nice job. Until the propane runs out.
First box off the shelf has a 55cc Craftsman in it. Time for a little investigating.
Damn good to hear from you Steve, I missed you!Bzzzzzzzzzzzt
