I think that it has same motor as our mule. Ours was doin that, check valve in fuel pump, new fuel pump, only $285. I put a automotive pump, lowest pressure u can get. Its been working fine.

My dad has a mule and the fuel filter is attached to the fuel pump. Can't just change the filter. He has problems with it seems like all the time, won't idle or won't run at full throttle.

If that diaphragm has a pinhole in it won't hold prime but would be putting fuel in crankcase also.
