Bull prices are are really steep but so are bred cows.

My buddy Chase gave $5600 for some bred heifers, I about passed out when he told me that.

Drizzly & foggy again this morning , supposed to be that way all day or so they say.

Claiming a high of 51* today & 64* tomorrow before before chance of severe weather.

Couple of showers already this morning. Front started moving in making things foggy and now more rain for at least an hour. I tell people these are the days you go to work. Call in when things are nice outside and you can do something you want.

Seems to be a theme here in the midwest, we also had a heavy fog this morning, but that has nearly cleared. 47f and just maybe 50+f for today. Liquid moistures for Thursday and friday, and likely 60+f for both of days.

I believe some of the yard frost went out overnight as all 3 of the puddles were gone this morning.

Allegedly foggy/drizzle this morning then hitting the mid 60’s & sunny with rain guessed at tonight thru Friday night.

About 11:00 last night thought I heard a trailer bouncing down the road but after a moment, I realized it might be thunder.

I looked at the radar & there was a pretty good storm cell off to our SE about 10 miles or so. I reckon it that’s time of year again.
