Talked to neighbors tonight after work and no problems working both sides of the fence on the 21st. This cedar tree is in the fence row to give an idea of some of the size of things. And apparently these bars were destined for the dumpster before nephew grabbed them.
Let me know what time people will be showing up and if you would like a hot breakfast. I can knock together some eggs, bacon, biscuits and sausage gravy with no problem.
I can do that easily, but the best eggs are fried in bacon grease.I am ok with sausage, egg, and cheese biscuits; no bacon or gravy.
And who throws away brand new bars?

Lookin' beautiful to me. Ya got a open flowing river.
I cannot tell for sure, but guessing the rainbows were found dead and not caught. Too cold for trout?View attachment 481102

Friend called on his way to Neosho. Took a break and spent a couple hours on the creek. Used to wear under armor cold gear in the past but figured out today that I can't really do that anymore. Seems to be too compressive on my legs as I get older. Couldn't figure out what was wrong until I took a shower tonight and took them off.

Thanks for the clarification, I knew trout were cold water fish, and had never heard of the cold killing them, therefore my question. In this pic I can make out what looks to be a curly tail and the ultralight line! Dang their pretty fish...View attachment 481199
Trout are cold water fish and it is catch and release in this area right now. All caught and released back. Carl should be able to start ice fishing and keeping on the 1st. They were wanting something white so it probably doesn't show up well. I use 3lb line so I know it doesn't show up.
