Morning all, 44° currently. Looks like we will be hitting about 60° today and looks like about 70° for the rest of the week. Going to be interesting. Threw a couple of pieces on the fire to knock off the chill on the house before the day really starts. Three more shopping days before Christmas.

What kind of meat grinders are you processing fellas using ???

@Hedgerow
@Sawdust Man

Anyone else ?
IF you're feeling squirelly you can do what I did, and rig this up with an electric motor. I bolted it to a length of 2x8, clamp the board to the top of an old Crapsman 10" table saw and use a shorter v-bolt to run the grinder off the saw motor. We've done 100's of pounds of venison burger and pork sausage. As long as the meat is clean of all the silverskin and leaf lard this thing will grind as quickly as you can load the hopper. Full disclosure, I doubt OSHA is too thrilled with this franken-grinder, and hopper proximity to the spinning wheel requires a pretty high level of attention if you still want all ten digits.
YMMV

Thanks for the reminder that I'm 2 days into year75 y'al
For any one who has a bit 9f silver, new top $69.21/once which is in part because Mexico is one of the largest worldwide suppliers, and has a contract with Tesla to provide everything above their 20,000,000 ounce to Tesla. That's in the 200,000,000 range a year
