Let's get this day going, 62° right now. One of the neighbors has a breakfast this morning for all who want to come and go. Go get some coffee and a bite to eat about 6 so I can get back and feed the cows before work. Should be off after today until Monday. On Friday it is clean up only so just a few routes that the younger drivers will cover.

Heard a spring peeper yesterday at the stamp, saw a bat here at the house tonight, bugs everywhere.....good grief.

It is rather warm down here. It is supposed to reach 95⁰ tomorrow. Sure is different than back home.

Filled my truck this morning. Neighbors breakfast was decent, got to talk to a few of the others from the area. Home afterwards to feed, fill the tractor and do other chores. Hopefully only three more Christmas Eves in the brown truck now. I refuse to turn on the AC even though I heard others running today. Dad and I were talking last night about the temps lately. He was saying when my grandfather made it back from fighting in WWII that they would talk about flowers blooming in January. The seasons change all the time so we will be patient and see what the next few years hold.
