How do you cook the pork tenderloin?Morning all, 61°/83°. Getting ready to hook up hay trailer again and head to the folks to fix lunch. Salt water brined pork tenderloin overnight in the shop fridge for the main. I'll fix some biscuits to go along with it and some other sides, maybe little rice and some mashed potatoes. Been wanting some oatmeal raisin cookies so those will be produced as well. Clear skies, not a single cloud. Someone needs to do a rain dance around here again.

Anybody else like oatmeal raisin?
Grilled, pretty simple way of doing things. I might have put a little too much salt into the brine mix, eyeball said it looked ok though. Tasted really good. Tenderloin has been one of the cheaper cuts of pork around here, under $2 lb, need to check and see what the current price is. I cut them as thick as I like and brine overnight, end up with a moist loin chop that you can just pickup and eat.How do you cook the pork tenderloin?
What about snickerdoodles, peanut butter and sugar cookies. My favorite!!!!
The only cookie I don't like is no bake cookie. Oatmeal raisin is my favorite, followed by chocolate chip, then everything else. I was raised on pecan sandies and fig newtons. I don't like frosting on my cookiesWhat about snickerdoodles, peanut butter and sugar cookies.
I like homemade buttercream frosting on my sugar cookies. The real stuff, butter, powdered sugar, cream and vanilla. But sugar cookies also go good with homemade vanilla ice cream as well. The only cookie I don't like is no bake cookie. Oatmeal raisin is my favorite, followed by chocolate chip, then everything else.
