Looks like about 1/4” or so of rain so far this morning.

This should knock a lot of leaves off the soybeans, even them up & the guessed at temps in the upper 80’s over the upcoming days should get us to cutting beans either over the weekend or the start of next week.

I've always kinda liked book matched slabs.
I'm hoping someone with more money than brains will decide they gotta have em.
They’re gonna have to mill 1/2” off of em to get the sides back to parallel..

Although, the juniper May not mis-behave as bad as most of the stuff we got.

There’s a lot of directions going on in there.

The cedar (juniper) is actually pretty stable stuff.....very stable compared to most Missouri hardwoods.

When you find something real cool, make em 3” thick.. so the creative types can level em and still have over 2” of material to seal up…
2" was max for that log with the fork size.
But yeah, I keep getting folks asking for 3" material.
