Always the bridesmaid, never the bride. LOL. I would have to buy another half dozen ice cream makers to feed this crew on the site if they showed up. Still making strawberry and vanilla right now, thinking about some other flavors to try to do.

Stick with strawberry and vanilla. Can't go wrong, and I doubt there is anything better...

I can’t either but after traveling thru & eating in 18 different states you would be surprised at my disappointment after ordering something only to wonder where the rest of the meal was, what was on my plate or how the meal was classified by its name on the menu.

Thinking maybe peach when they are ripe on the tree. Belle o' Georgia should make a great ice cream.

I made some peach ice cream a few years ago, thinking it would be great. It wasn’t that good but it was probably the chef not the ingredients.

It’s hard to go wrong with homemade strawberry ice cream.

Dad likes pineapple ice cream, I have made that a couple of times.

I made some peach ice cream a few years ago, thinking it would be great. It wasn’t that good but it was probably the chef not the ingredients.

It’s hard to go wrong with homemade strawberry ice cream.

Dad likes pineapple ice cream, I have made that a couple of times.
I cook the strawberries down in some sugar with a splash of water to help start without burning the sugar. Cook low to get rid of some moisture to make a syrup and cool in the fridge overnight.
