Low quality beef is a real bummer.Burp.......we just devoured a grilled chunk of low quality beef.....does that count?
Truth.Low quality beef is a real bummer.
Home grown is not necessarily low quality.Truth.
But also pretty much all we know.....premium beef is stupid expensive.![]()
Right.Home grown is not necessarily low quality.
I think I will get a couple of Akaushi for a tax write off. Not really for just that purpose but I have been thinking of breeding down a generation or two with Angus to hit a marbling point that we can use it for every day beef. Never had wagyu before so it should be an adventure when I get around to doing it.Right.
I was referring to the lower priced junk I'm willing to afford at the grocery store, no way I'm gonna pay grocery store prices for fancy steaks.
Home grown is the only way I've ever had the better cuts.
