Strange that people won't fish close to camping and play beaches for some reason. I puttered around with the trolling motor looking for brush piles within a certain depth of water. I should have counted how many we threw back compared to keepers. Interesting thing is that very few white crappie lately. Nephew was on one of the net counts earlier this year and the ratio was 80/20 whites to blacks.

What was the issue with the septic ?

Collapsed rusted out old steel tank.... toilet was backing up into the bathtub.
Going to replace the drain field also, the old one was basically under the front wall of the house.
