I know you had it at my first GTG in 2013. All I remember was it was the loudest saw I ever heard. That saw has been used hard at times, and harder at other times...
We were at some guys house. His yard had a lot of trees; he had them all trimmed up about 10 feet and you could see all the way across his property underneath the trees; we were in the shade almost every where we cut; very cool place.
I was a newb and almost hit Eric in the face with a wedge. I think he still thinks I am an eternal putz for that move. I was glad it missed. Sam won a little Oregon saw in the "raffle".
I was doing tree work for an older couple. I had the tree down and was limbing, clipping right along. I spun around, with the saw running, after limbing a couple limbs and there she was; she had her gloves on and started pulling limbs for me, but I almost got her with my saw. She was mid-70s and never skipped a beat; then she got on her tractor and pushed the limbs into a big pile...No harm, no foul. I almost took s saw to the face picking up wood behind a cutter who didn't know I was there. We live & we learn.

Got off a little early and went to Oklahoma tonight. Nephew had one of the biggest tonight. Wait and see what the water does next few days. It was already dropping tonight, needs to be steady and up.
There has been 5-6 feet higher. While I was away flash flood moved a lotta materials into the path to the front door. No moon light so it was a journey thru the jungle kinda thing.^^
What he said....
Good grief, that's a lotta water.
Yes, but would rather have crappie of course. It's best to eat fresher as it gets a little strong tasting in the freezer. Bit oily so it smokes quite well. Just catching for fun yesterday.Do you eat those? If so, are they good?
So you released them?Yes, but would rather have crappie of course. It's best to eat fresher as it gets a little strong tasting in the freezer. Bit oily so it smokes quite well. Just catching for fun yesterday.
Yes. Just went to have a little fun with the boy. He doesn't care to snag from the boat too much so we ran down after work. He has an overnight band trip this weekend and wouldn't have a chance to go until another weekend when I am off. Water levels seem to have to move right to start them going so its go when they are running. Boat ramps suck now days since they are not being taken care of. Twin bridges, $10 fee now that they pocket, dock was tore up during flooding when all the trees got hung up on the neosho side bridge, so they drug it up on bank and left it. Miami requires a bit of water for me to launch so it is iffy at best. Not sure what this cold rain is going to do to the fishing right now.So you released them?
