Emerson and I were planning to do a bike-a-thon early this morning, but he had a rough night with some nightmares. He has become an expert bicycle rider, and at 9, he's tall enough for a small frame road bike. Praising God for all of our blessings.

Monday might do me in, yesterday thru Monday sure isn’t hay drying weather…

Real feel today was 105*, I thought maybe I was going to be glad to be indoors at my grandsons birthday party BUT it was at Dave & Busters…

It was the loudest most annoying place I have ever been, you couldn’t even have a conversation across the table & had to yell at the waitress so she could hear our orders & that was just from the obnoxious noises from the overheard speakers then you had all the noises from the games, screaming kids & adults.

I can honestly say it's the biggest bee like substance I've ever seen...
It was a full 2" before it curled up and died of shovel impact.

Good morning everyone. What a surprise with the weather, guessers didn't see this cool-off a coming. 59 beautiful degrees out sipping morning coffee.

Looking good to be getting a few apples, 3rd yr tree.
Without the fence the forest rats would have nearly emptied this tree by now. They did last year.
There are fresh tracks nearly daily.

Looks like a species of yellow jacket/wasp to me...Not a bee.
