Got about 1/3 of it decked up and ready to load.



Sawed up a few more bad oak logs yesterday...

The man wants 1/2" boards, so he got 1/2" boards.... prolly gonna turn out bad... but I just do what I'm told.....



The kids sliced and wrapped the bacon from the last hogs we done up...

Getting some really nice gentle steady rain here today.
It's not just dumping & washing stuff away, but actually soaking in real well.... just how we like/need it.

I’d like to say the same..

But when the gentle only adds up to .15”, and you ain’t had any measurable precipitation in 5 weeks, it’s hard to get too excited about it..

Guess it’s better than a poke in the eye with a sharp stick. Jasper county is pretty *s-wordty to agriculture in.. just when you think ya hit a home run, you get “jaspered”... lol..
