Fixed a Jonsered 2045. Replaced the POS Zama with a Walbro mainly.

Jeff didnt have a kit for the Zama but he had a new Walbro. $30. [emoji108]

Tires, brakes, lights, airlines, windshields. Commercial insurance is an outright scam. I could go on but the list is endless.

Depends on the inspection. A yearly inspection at the shop is different than an inspection at the scales or from a roaming scale jockey & those are subject to the inspectors.

Speaking of inspections: NHTSA recommends 10 years as the maximum service life for tires.

Does anyone have Firsthand knowledge of someone being written up for tires beyond the 10yr limit?

My customers all subscribe to the 10 year rule on their tractors. Old tires still show up on trailers so I don't think DOT regulates the 10 year rule. RV owners get very nervous having old tires. Blow outs on a RV get very expensive.

Replaced my RV tires after first one blew just after 9 years of age. No damage. Got lucky.

There are more chainsaws and mowers there than I've ever seen in one place so I'd say that business is very good.
