The stove is talking
Might be the last inside fire this year.
Sad but time to plant grub as the soil warms.
Crazy times we have these days.
Stay true to yourself and don't look back
Too hell with the media and don't look back.
Take care of your family any way you can.
Troubling times
Don't believe the media because they lie.
A better time is coming....
Have patience and faith.

Stay strong.

Yep.
Saturday morning fire is rockin here.
35 outside this morning.

If you want somewhere to send the little XL I’ll take it off your hands. I have two, one runner and one that should run. Can’t find parts for $hit lol. $25?
What parts do you need? I've got about 25 of them.

Too far down the rat hole already.
Those would be nice, but more money than I paid for my whole planer.

Dad bought a grizzly pro series on their dent and save section 24” with the spiral cutter head we’ve used it for years on rough cut oak trailer flooring and only rotated the cutters once.

A guy that I've become aquainted with in PA was recently on vacation on the West Coast and came across a smokin deal on five 2100-series (114cc) Homelites. Finding one is usually a challenge. He went to a thrift shop and bought a couple of suitcases and somehow managed to bring them back on the plane with him.
He sent me a stripped block for new bearings and seals. I wanted to be able to make a pressure/vacuum test on the assembly so I made up a set of block off plates and gaskets.

I don’t currently need all that much for them. In replacing the fuel lines on one I managed to lose the little throttle rod, probably ended up in the trash can when I swept the crud off the bench. One of the saws was my dads and later in life when my uncle moved he said I have a saw come get it. Well it was an XL just like dads but with a little 10” bar lol. Of the two my uncles runs better so I stripped it down to do the fuel and oil lines. Ended up robbing the little rod off dads. The 10” bar is shot. Who knows how long they ran it without the oiler working. Dads has a 12” sprocket nose bar so that cures that issue.

Those pesky little things are fun when it’s time to work on any part of it. When I was a little kid they sounded mean and all but scared me to death!

That’s where I got mine.
The 24” spirals were a helluva lot more than the simple little z series I found.

Spent near an hour trying to squirt grease into the vet’s steering box with little visible success. [emoji2959]

Finally used a squeeze bottle of 80w-90 and filled it up. [emoji1696]

Wait for a hot day with a better grease gun, we will.

Client picked up the MS170. [emoji108]
