My new way of bucking logs. No trailer or stand. Logs that are too big to run through processors splitter. All the same length and just the right size for mower hydro splitter. Just put plate of over the spkitter so rounds roll off.

My new way of bucking logs. No trailer or stand. Logs that are too big to run through processors splitter. All the same length and just the right size for mower hydro splitter. Just put plate of over the spkitter so rounds roll off.

OK day today. The City only takes brush on Saturday, so I wait till then to empty the trailer and go back for another load. Hope to dump that as well so I can get the firewood out of their yard. Then Sunday we hope to get the trunk down and out of there in one piece! Thank you, Kenneth.

I have two Fiskars splitting axes, and an axe eye maul. Somewhere is an old grenade wedge that my neighbor had to burn out of a log. I suspect you get a bit more wood split on a given day.

That is a very nice rig. Does it have that little splitter attachment to split small logs up on the lift? I saw a video of that once, very impressive. What an invention. I hope it was invented here in the States...

What kind of chipper? And I would offer my Uncle's place just west of Lecompton but last time I dropped off there she didn't recognize me and called the fuzz. I was unbelievably happy she doesn't like guns.
