Did some mowing and lots of sawing yesterday. Now you can see the shed and barn. But still hard to find the fence with the over grown cedar wind break. More mulberry trees than cedar trees. Brush mowed for 5 minutes and blew a hydraulic house on the toolcat boom. 3/4" hose. I was two hour drive from home so I had to borrow tools and find a hydraulic shop. Finally got hose patched.

Morning sawnuts ! I went through this ol girl for a guy cause he needed a new engine for his rear snapper. I pulled the head and cleaned everything up, replaced the gasket, reset the vavlves , and went through the carb. It fired up and purred like a kitten. Been sitting for a year or better since it came in as a trade in on a rolling chassis. Well he backed out on me so I have good running 14.5 briggs that needs a new home if ya know anyone they can take it home for a Benjamin.....

Has anyone else noticed how many freaking snakes there are this year?
I've killed three already in the log pile.
Levi's dog has been pretty useful asset in locating them. I think he can smell em.

No poison ones, and I don't have poultry
So they haven't given me trouble

Yeah last time I was at the scrap yard saw a tweaker wearing socks dropping off copper. Really don't understand stand why a cop could just hang out there.

No..
Just surprising, pissy, black snakes..

They act like you've violated them when you pull their cover off..

Little bastards need to go somewhere else. It's a death sentence around here.
I have gotten bitten by them a couple times. I used to catch them and take them to dads to kill rats, but haven't for a while. I guess I have been bit alot, but nothing venomous.
