Story is, fella bought two new 038 and used one on the farm.
The used one:

Started right up after sitting three years!

No telling...that's a torque monster and somebody would probably cough up the big bucks to have one NIB. My excellent shape 038 AV Mag II is a crazy torquey saw pulling a 25" Rollomatic ES...It don't check up for nothing!!
