My 029 Super isn't so super after all. 120 psi cold and serious rod bearing play. Who makes ok aftermarket shortblocks and/or p&c for this one now? I don't see Farmertec making one. I do see Hyway and some even cheaper. Are the Nikisil plated cylinders worth the extra? Thanks guys.

Oh and the muffler gasket was just a metal one I needed one of thickness made of head gasket material... Tired of messing around. So I put Motoseal on all of the surfaces of the old gasket and the jug and bolted it back on. Guess I'll cut the metering lever spring and see what happens

You know the future at the IUEC is bright with respect to younger workers with the largest portion of our current workforce rapidly approaching retirement.

Been a long time since Local 12 has had 26 probates working like we do now.

If someone was looking for a great carreer, was smart hard working and had a good attitude we sure could use them.

The last 3 requirements eliminate a lot of the melleniuas! <SP?>

Hope your not doing an install in a smoke stack near Muscatine IA. Would not be fun. We had a man stuck and rescued by fire department there in December. Took 8 hours of repelling to rescue. I know new equipment is on order. I am going back there in two weeks.

The 029 super jug is the best running of that family.
Might be worth keeping.

Skilled trades are gonna be the next hot career field with all the current graduates going into the medical profession or "computers".. Lol..

From the ones I look after for neighbors, I'm not so sure that the 029 super don't out perform the 039.

The ms390 I had ran good enough but wasn't exciting by any means. Until I did a muffler mod. Then it really woke up.

You don't need a skill, just go to college for 4-8 years. When you get out you guarantee yourself a high paying job in a management position right a way don't ya know?
