I know in V-8 engineering 8-12 inch velocity stacks it creates a fast moving column of air that is difficult to stop because of inertia, hence more air is pushed into the cylinder before the intake valve is closed. The same theory can be applied to a 2 stroke with considerable power improvements, however I believe more gains are gotten from an expansion chamber exhaust pipe. But I'm not an expert. What does a velocity stack do for performance?
Rookie!Screw that! Lol

And I was thinking I had a bad day!!!
I Like that idea.
Noisy, dusty job.
That poor old John Deere saw. It took 2 cuts to get that piece at 1.5 tanks per cut.
Milling is saw torture. Lol.
They made it way easier to funnelI know in V-8 engineering 8-12 inch velocity stacks it creates a fast moving column of air that is difficult to stop because of inertia, hence more air is pushed into the cylinder before the intake valve is closed. 81ccGreat stuff! How big is the John Deere and how long did the 2 cuts take? Are you using dealer bought ripping chain or do you modify it? I'm going to set up a csmill myself, that's why I'm curious.
Do you use an extra oiler or does it81cc
Cs81 I got from Alan.
It's the poor, unlucky soul that wears the 36" bar now.
Chain was full comp, square ground.
Took about 10 minutes to burn through a tank give or take.
You been robbed!!!
The detectors are a little more selective now. My first trip after my first hip replacement consisted of the detector sounding off and a "come with me sir". Poor Tammi ended up hauling both of our luggage through to the next gate and waiting for me at each stop of a 8000 mile round trip. My card stating that I had had a hip replacement was of no significance to them of course. The last trip was like yours, Steve,--no bells and whistles. [emoji5]On the TSA note....I didn't even sound the alarm when I walked through the metal detector. Pfffttt...
