Which is my biggest complaint about the modern stoves.
White spider was right in his assessment of them.
They fit a nitch, but cannot replace a primary heat source, cause they can't put out 100% of their btu' for any serious amount of time..

If you need 65,000 btu output, you'd have to get a stove with 125,000 capacity and a huge firebox.
Even my old school stove can't give 100% for more than about 2 hours.
Brand matters here. I have one of those modern stoves and the house is Too Hot, even though it's 10 degrees this morning.

Hey now! It's a real good combo truck/motor I would say. Got the best of both worlds

Yea it's 360 cubes= same as 5.9 but it's built considerably better. No aluminum timing cover or rear crank seal housing. has a good oil pump, vibration dampener that's actually mounted to fully on snout of the crank and easy replaceable liners. I could go on and on

What were those 2 ton 4x4 trucks that IH had or were those something someone else was putting together?
Didnt IH make some for military?

The CXT's? When IH started selling motors to Ford they had to sign a contract that they wouldn't sell/produce any trucks under the F-450 size trucks. The CXT's were basically a fancy dump truck with a Ford dually pick up box on them and sold for a measilly $135,000-145,000
