I did however, add sea foam to both tanks this morning..
Before heading out..

Whitey likes sea foam..
Sea foam works,
I used to sea foam race motors
Before tearing them down for freshening.
It would clean the top of the pistons
And combustion chambers good enough
To help save time cleaning stuff

Seafoam doesn't do well with the non ethanol fuel around here. Precipitates something out, gums up carbs. I quit using it, except for occasionally in vehicles. Pull a vacuum hose off and stick it in the bottle, lol.

Cut some fence wires too..
I'm not gonna say anything nice about semi chisel chain..
But I did run 2 more tanks through the 562 after the fence incident..

It cuts like *s-word, but at least you ain't out of business after a minor incident..
First you say you aint gonna say anything nice about semi cisel then you say you ran two more tanks. Sounds like something nice. Try that with full chisel. Just sayin

What happened to the intake?

You slackers..

I cut a load of logs his morning, then ate way to much..
So Dennis and I went out and got another load to keep from going into a food coma.

Does that Top Kick or Kodiak have the 366 or 454 engine in it? How well does it get up the hills when loaded? Trailers are a God-Send but sometimes a powered large truck is VERY handy...

Happy Thanksgiving everyone! I got the small trimming job done at my Grandmother's and the crap wood picked up from the co-workers house. Now I have some more pit-fire material for s'more roasting with the kids.

I am truly thankful that my children have had some time with their Great-Grandmother and Great-Great Uncle, although I'm afraid that it's not going to last a lot longer as they both appear to be entering either Alzheimer's or dementia at the ages of 80 and 84... Already lost Grandpa (on Mom's side as Dad's parents were both long gone before I came around)... It occurs to me that My Grandmother, Great-Uncle (her brother) and the Man who has very much been an adopted Grandfather to me (Dad's-Father's best friend and Lodge Brother) will likely all be gone too soon as all are getting up there and not doing well. I've already buried too many people but sure as taxes, there will be too many more, far to soon. I guess I'm truly thankful for the investments that they've all made in me, the mentorship and teaching of life lessons that they've provided and fine examples they've been of what hard-working, honest adults should be and act like...

Hopefully I can capture some of those lessons and impart them to my children half as well as they did for me.
