Is the driver ok?
From what we were told he is. Has to be sore though.
Did the new driver make it through their probation period, and are they still employed?
He has done his 30 days so he was considered a regular driver. Probably going to be off while the investigation is happening. Should have his job back unless he changes his story. Then they will get him on something, even made up.
That dint off road as well as expected
I wonder how long it floated for.

After lunch I ran across this wreck about two miles from my house. I imagine they had to be flying down the dirt roads for the trucks to be tore up the way they are.
Hope they were ok. Looks like a tee bone. Dont see any stop sign?

No stop signs, uncontrolled intersection. One of those you hope not to meet somebody stupid. Just looked at crash report, 33 and 67 males, definite tee bone. One south bound the other west. Minor injuries to 67. Looks like 33 year old was flying to end up where the truck finished.

Good morning folks. 37f and overcast. The rains seems to have subsided with leaving us with just over 0.5", which helped melt the little bit of snow that was at the homestead. Funny thing is there are no apparent puddles in the usual spots when the we should have a frost layer.

Dogs are making a lot of commotion so I figure the yotes are slinking around but it’s so foggy that I would have to trip over one to find it & probably still wouldn’t be able to see it.

Started getting foggy here about an hour b4 the sky started lightening a bit. And as @JimBear mentioned foggy as fudge, and with being 36f I'm sure the roads will be a bit greasy this morning also.

The lawn was pretty crunchy around 7:00 or so, the windows on the pickup were coated with ice but the gravel roads weren’t I slick just muddy, highways were just wet.
