hey got a question , our fire department where i currently work has gotten a few stihl msa300c battery saws to use to ventilate roofs when the smoke or oxygen is too low for our 460/461 to run. the problem is they are using .325 carbide chain instead of rescue chain. local stihl dealer say it cant be switched over. looks like a standard stihl rim sprocket. from what i see a sprocket swap and bar swap to 3/8 and it should work. any one ever switched one of these over to 3/8?

nice are those meat/egg layers? we used to raise muscovys, thinkn about getting in them again
They're pretty good dual purpose ducks... supposed to lay around 200-250 eggs/year I think.
I don't enjoy eating duck so they're just layers for us.
We've never had muscovys.

i never ate muscovy either until after i sold them all and found out they are supposed to be like beef ribeye, a nice red meat no game taste.

Domestic duck is good if prepared right..
Very good...

But I’d never say it was like a ribeye...

but the stuff I had was medium rare with a really crispy skin. Very tasty. Not sure if the breed of duck. But sure it was domestic raised..

Had duck once in the navy aboard ship. Haven't been inclined to ingest any since that one bite.
