Morning check in. Looks like Joplin area got a little damage and Oklahoma had some tornadoes touch down. Carthage area has/had power outages with trees down several places. Bit of rain got me up about 11:30 to close a window, heard a bit of wind but went back to sleep.

Sam woke me up because the tornado sirens were going off. Turned the TV on and watched the weather; the tornado activity was all around us, hence the sirens. We got a lot more rain and some heavy winds, no tornado, and no damage.

Good morning folks. This morning is bringing some real partly sunshine conditions, a real treat after the past several days. 44f to about 70f with partly sunny skies ( yep had to say it again, cause it's nice to wake up to it ). Hope to get another garden plot tilled and other before fishing opener duties taken care of.

Lots of buildup yesterday but just a bunch of thunder and .25" rain last evening and it was done, supposed to be pleasant for the next few days here.
