So what have a I missed in the last few months? Anything cool and exciting? I haven't even pulled the cord on a saw since we all got together at Alan's several months back. I think I may be having withdrawals.

We got together in Ft. Scott for the Pioneer Harvest Fiesta, Cobey has had a dozen wrecks, Alan had a baby boy (actually his wife birthed the little fellow), MOJim went into hibernation, Workshop caught a catfish in a trout stream, Sawmakazi got his concrete floor poured for his shop, Kenneth bought a saw, my Homelite super 2 got rebuilt by Cobey, Cobey gifted me a Lombard built by Carl, and most important,,,drum roll please------------------------Matt forgot to put gas in his saw at the races :meparto:. I am sure I forgot something.

Evening everyone! 3 more days and I'll be back home again to start on a 5 mile long list of honey-dos... It seems when you're gone for early 90 days, all of the things that you "don't do", stop getting done and makes the better half irate... Who knew? In better news, Da's shoulder is healing and he should be able to start running the 201 before too long, though recovering from a torn rotator cuff and separated , both in the right arm (and being VERY right handed), I doubt he'll be running the 9010 anytime soon... I do have a buddy that's supposed to be bringing some .338WM bolt actions out to try before too long. That should be fun. I skipped a lot of ground (experience-wise) going from the .300WM to the .416 rigby and would like to se what the .338WM and .375 H&H are like.

I am ready to start a fund raiser to get Cobey a decent electronic device that is capable of posting at least one complete sentence. I get dizzy every time I read one of his posts. :rolleye:

The .416 I shot was in a Tropical Grade Ruger No 1 single shot. It was just a big push and was a lot of fun. I only shot 5 rounds as each round cost $5 at the time.

Grass in the yard is growing to fast needs cut 2 times a week.:(:(

You betcha!

I have assembled an overhaul kit for my Lawnboy but can't tear it apart for the grass keeps growing too fast.

Any other year one would have to crawl around on hands and knees to find green.

Morning midlanders!
