It's a pleasant 51 now, supposed to be 87 this afternoon.

31f to 45f for the expected today, and then into the single digits overnite with 30%-40% chance of snow for a couple of hours later this evening. Doing my snow dance.
I haven't even put fuel in the snowblower yet this year/season, but there is a container of fresh fuel close by.

It's just when the winds come up so much the weber doesn't keep temps very stable. Long cooks are entertaining.

I got some beef jerky marinating right now for later in the week. Last time is was a success so figured I’d do some more. Had a case of back ribs delivered yesterday so I got enough to get me through this if I’m slacking to much longer.

I don’t remember what I grabbed from the freezer but I like it was a round roast. I barely had to trim any fat from it.

Any one else getting dry

yep very dry here. today there is a wild fire that started around 40 acres at 1630 and at 2030 was over 400 acres involved with several structures involved. they were tring to get helicopters last i heard. up around iron county
