I know the feeling after doing one myself. Looked delicious.
TY, it was and the slight fat bark was way better than it should have been.
Either one of you can feel free to bring one to SoMN for taste testing.
My mobile smoker/grill is still on my whish list. This one was excellent after the 15minute rest after coming out of the weber.
No one says you can’t just come hang out in the warm shop. We just do it to have fun and cut some wood. This year was a smaller crew but the fun was just the same.
Warm it was in the shop, I'd have bet it over 70f maybe even 75f. It took any coolness out very quickly. Outside it wasn't cold or windy enuf to actually get chilled IMO for the Dec 2023 GTG.

With all the bodies in there it helped but where we had the tables and food that side has infloor heat from the boiler. Warms a person up quickly.

Sort of. Got a ton of things do. So much that it’s hard getting started. Think I’ll just take it easy for the rest of the week. Maybe next week, too.
And the week after.
And the week after that.
Here you go, this was my cure for boredom while it was snowing, blowing & cold enough outside to freeze Frosties nuggets.

First off get one of these or something similar. It’s a Crosman 2100 pellet gun.

Then get an old cattle mineral tub, a pillow ( I highly recommend a feather pillow ) & a target.

Then let the games begin…
5-10-15 target shoots.

Why a feather pillow you ask ? Because the occasional feather floating around makes it more life like.

The pump up pellet gun also adds a bit of exercise.

I’ve got a Ruger 22 pellet rifle.
Could be amusing.
