We've got plans here. Sometime 3ish I'm believing.

Low and slow. 2hours in and only 86f.
I'm sure it will taste like based on previous cooks.

When I can get out of this full leg brace and start walking on my leg I’m not leaving my smoker for a while. You could attend the twin cities gtg and enjoy some great food. This year was shredded beef sandwiches cheesy hash browns and special k bars. Breakfast was bacon and French toast with Ryan Browne maple syrup. We know how to eat her.

I wish I could get to that GTG. Cold weather makes it very hard for me to breathe and I can't do much walking anymore.

No one says you can’t just come hang out in the warm shop. We just do it to have fun and cut some wood. This year was a smaller crew but the fun was just the same.
