This mornings forecast is speculating on 7”-15” of snow, with some rain possible early on. Wind in the upper teens to mid 20’s, with colder temps. Sounds like winter has arrived.

I see @KS Plainsman is in a blizzard warning, stay safe out there. I fully expect one here if the guessed at forecast materializes.

Depending on what weather outlet a guy looks at, the expected snowfall varies, but we've already got 7 inches. It is a very wet snow, huge snowflakes. I've seen several quarter to half dollar sized flakes. I don't recall ever seeing flakes this big.

So far, the wind isn't too bad, but we could see up to 65 mph later. So, it could get interesting.

Mostly what would be called Breakfast sausage, I think.....just a homemade mixture the girls invented.
It's pretty good (most of the time), but being homebrew there's always variation.

Snow ended at the homestead about an hour ago, with about 1.5". Temp right at 32f. Shoveled, and within a short time the drive and such started showing melting/drying. No the sun has not poked it's rays through the cloud cover Yet.

Wet snow that's been melting all day. Getting below freezing now and starting to stick. Talking 4-6 inches over night with a low of 20f. Going to be slick in the morning.
