Morning Steve. Woke up to a major fish kill in the aquarium. Not that much of a fish person so starting to see about finding a new home for it. Meanwhile, going to try a water change and see if that helps the remaining victims that are trapped in it.

The guessers are claiming about Thursday for the cooler temps here. We may even get some true ice making weather with possible-f single digits possible. I'll believe it when it happens.

Well, with any luck aquarium is on the mend. Found the heater stuck on so it was cooking them. Cleaned water and now on a cool down cycle.
Went out and did a little splitting and filled inside rack plus a partial tote of chunks in the garage. Should be good to go for the upcoming Armageddon.

What do you use it for? I almost never use ground pork unless the wife makes ham loaf; usually on Easter of Christmas, but it has been awhile, at least a year.

Sausage mostly, but about anything where a person needs ground meat.
Don't always like it, but it's what we have so we eat it.
