My program with the street maple continues. Just met another of the firewood scroungers. Nice ‘kid’ stopped to thank me.

We are getting down to the really large pieces of trunk. 050 & VI 955 work.

Well I'm a first rate bonehead....

My "sassafras" appears to be cottonwood....

Oh well.... it saws like butter, and is making some decent boards.....and it smells way better than west coast cottonwood.
