Good morning folks. Woke from my nap (about 6 hours, haha) saw that the fire was needing a stoking, as it was down to a nice but small bed of coals. And at 33 currently it seemed like a great idea.

But it’s got 24” legs, cuz that’s how tall Lisa said to make it., the top is a chunk of white pine, so it’s got live edge on both sides.
Lisa dug it out of the lumber shed and said “can I have this?”

I knew at that point she wanted me to make something...

Why can’t females just come out and say what they want.. we always gotta call in the translator..

It was my understanding that the body was there too. The dnr wanted to confiscate it but after checking it for metal/bullet fragments & found none she reluctantly let the deputy claim it.

If I see the deputy I will inquire, we went to high school together. He is a good guy.

At the place with trees this fine Friday, 30 to 36 today. Already restoked the wood stove, coffee's on, waiting for the sun (Can't be DST soon enuf for me).

No snow in sight for the next week as it will be warming a bit to much for that nonsense.
