Looks like a nice mess of machining cutters.

Are the end mills high speed or carbide ?
I really don't know for sure, Jim.
I've got a taker. I just didn't want to dispose of them if there was someone that could use them. I'm doing a little house cleaning in the shop.

I got this saw from Kyle a few years back. It had a special spot on a shelf in my living room. After the fire the cleaning company came in and packed up everything to take somewhere else and clean things. To get rid of that smoke smell. In speaking with the company representative I asked him if they clean chainsaws, because this one was definitely missing. He said no they don’t work on nor clean chainsaws. When he said that, I figured one of the workers had helped themselves to my saw. Long story short, we had them bring everything back today, from cleaning and storage.
(They were charging my insurance company/me $850/month for climate controlled storage and
that didn’t set too well with me. Yes, I know it’s the insurance that’s paying for that but it comes out of my coverage limits, hence I’m paying for it).
We had been getting conflicting reports about whether the stuff had been cleaned or not. (They charged $51k to clean everything and they had been paid for that already).
We were pleasantly surprised when they arrived with two truckloads, a 30 ft box truck and a 20 ft box truck and 5 guys to put them into our 2 climate controlled units ($450/mo cheaper). As they were unloading the question of had they cleaned everything was answered. Yes, they had. And did a really nice job, too. As they were getting to the end of the second truck, I see some orange inside a clear plastic wrap bag. It’s the saw. They hadn’t stolen it after all. And, yes, they actually cleaned it. Did a good job too.
My faith in humanity has been restored.

Sweet. What does that little saw want to be when it grows up?

Weed eaters???
No way.. I just throw them non runners in the trash.

New policy on chainsaws..

"All saws leave the driveway in the truck they came in" In the hour they showed up.. "Running or non-running"

I'm gonna spend more time running saws and WAY less time fixing them..

Also gonna sell the whole Deere collection of saws.. So Ya'll get first dibs.
