I just got more blades. Cooks had 15% off. Cheaper than I paid 3 years ago.

I probably got around 100 blades with my sawmill, probably 80 of them used and in need of sharpening. The trash can they are stored in is getting full!

What is cost of sharpening? $11 each?

Just finishing my first box of 10 blades. I now have 40 new blades on the shelf. Converting the mill to hydraulic drive and head lift now. Got the drive motor installed and now to install the lift motor. Need a better log turner than me. The poles did turn easy (round). Mini excavator did to much damage to the wood. I should have tried the skid steer via remote.

Max length of cut is 20ft 9 inches( three sections of track). The biggest pole was 20ft.

Sounds like it's $7 a blade.

Anyone with a mill on here use an edger?

Been contemplating one..
Yes, back in Oregon we ran a woodmizer two blade edger....(the 25hp trailer version).
Huge time saver, and can double your output in the right conditions.
I'm buying one as soon as I get the chance..... I hate edging on the mill.
