Picked me up a new rifle today.
Ruger 10-22. I’ve had a couple in the past and decided I wanted one again. My first one I bought in 1977 when I was in trade school at Salina, Ks. Paid $65 for it and a box of shells. Needless to say they’ve gone up considerably.
:)

I have several of them, they are a solid bar but are a bit heavier. I will send you a link to a place where they are significantly less but the shipping may be higher.

Would you mind sending me the link too please? I was looking at them for my Husky's on the chainsaw mill. Supposedly they work good for that, or so I've read.

Hello fellas,
My legs are beat but we served 585 meals yesterday! I can walk all day in the timber but a day on concrete tears me up!

Holy smokes! That's a ton of meals! Not that you don't realize that being your the one who served them.

I used to work in mechanic shops and I was always amazed at how much walking on concrete all day will tear a guy up. Walking on dirt never bothers me.

Congratulations! Can't go wrong with those. I can't imagine how many of those they've sold over the years, but I bet it's a lot higher than a guy would think.

Nice!
Maybe you need to stop by while you're down and ring my gong a few times....it's lonely...

That dolly on the trailer. It’s called a log mule; they are NLA, the company closed down

I'm gona have to try and replicate that. Is the canvas looking piece for rolling the log onto the cart? Or is it just to help hold things in place? Or, what does that do exactly?
