I got 2 more wards sl9's
One needs a carb kit, one no spark

Save the coils out of them. It's what I use to replace the Bendix Scintilla coil in a Logmaster.

Fired up the Norwood for the first run today. Man that thing is a Cadillac compared to our old harbor freight POS! 1 crank of the handle is 1" quick release on the drop. Smooth as a baby's bottom through the cut and you can't even hardly tell the 14hp Kohler is working in cedar! [emoji7] happy campers are we!

Went to Irish Pub and Restaurant for my daughter's birthday tonight. Saw Scottish egg's as an appetizer and remembered you praising them. I got 'em and boy were they good. Should have got 2 orders because the whole family liked them.
What are these Scottish eggs you speak of?

*edit. I see. Looks very tasty

Morning midlanders!

Yes Alan I've seen the Diston Mercury coil but 70 bux is a deal breaker for fixing big old turds.

Now if they were 20-30 bux it would be a labor saver.

I do have a NOS set of points from a Remy parts batch buy.

Well going for logs tonight,
Hope to set them up tomorrow
Early, I'm getting away from work
Tomorrow.
I have a pile of them here at the house I've been saving for us too Cobey. Stop by here and I can throw then on the trailer with the loader and we can go in and set up. I have to go cut down another log to take to Bob the Sawyer so he can cut the cants for us as well.....
