Anyone got a good recipe for venison burgers on the grill??
I don’t really want to add bread crumbs to get em to hold together for flipping...

And I got about 60 pounds of it with no beef fat added out in the shop. Always wanted to try a 100% venison burger.
May taste like *s-word, ya never know.

Wrap a piece of bacon around it, get your grill hot and seer on both sides, let temp come back up and shut off and leave set for 10-15 minutes

Mixing in an egg will give you a little body without mucking up the flavor. Maybe 1 to a #. You can mix a little of your favorite cheese in too.

I haven't had venison burgers in decades. But, I do make sausage burgers; 2:1 ratio of beef to sausage (whatever breakfast sausage you like; I like spicy). It will add fat and flavor, and help hold it together I presume.

I would save ground venison for tacos or chili or sloppy joes

We got Dad a Hotsy for Christmas several years ago, it runs off of 220 volt & has the diesel burner. It sure doesn’t lack for power or heating capability. It will take your hide right off, it’s definitely not a one hand on the wand operation.

We set it up with 100’ of hose & a 50’ cord

Yes this one was great a decade ago when we used it everyday. Specs are 3000 psi at 4.8gpm. Can be as much as 4000 psi or as low as 2500 and close to 8 gpm depending on which tip size you run. This one is down on power, this engine sat unprotected in the weather for 8 years er so with no intake or anything. It’s a wonder it even runs as good as it does. They are expensive to buy new I priced this one’s replacement when I picked up the pump kit Monday. It’s between $10-12 new now. Crazy.

Lol I'm afraid it's only the beginning CAD has got me I have bought 5 chainsaws in a week lol but only 2 of them currently run

It's a slippery slope. I started last week looking at a Echo 2511 and ended up deciding to get a ported 661 instead. The sky is the limit......... apparently. Lol
