2 3/4" with diminishing cloud cover. Don't know how to share. Creek not much higher so ground still soaking it up and filtering prior to it getting into creekbed

Have they had a well prepared BBQ rib or pork steak? Pulled pork doesn't excite me, but a rack of ribs gets me drooling. Some rib cookers aught to go back to shade tree auto repair tho IMHO

Or at least some bacon! They love hell out of goat though.

And yes a lot of places just waste ribs buy their method of "cooking them.

Carried home a couple of ready to eat ribs from Walmart. Sauce supplied with them was St. Louis style. I was flashing back to ribs from Dohacks Restaurant at Lindburg & Lemay Ferry Rd.

There's a local BBQ does em right. Less expensive for cold ones from yesterday that warm up just fine. Ribs or steaks, not always available due to yesterday's sales. Had grilled brisket this last Saturday mmmmm.
On a completely different subject; in less than 24 hours 3 1/8" wawa. Time to dump in case

Beef short ribs are way under rated in my book..
There's several ways to utilize them. They make fantastic "burnt ends" and beef bacon.
