That flooring job would be a no go for me. Let the next person put what they want down.

Got over 400 □' flooring free a while back (weeks). Finish ceiling repairs , paint it all, under floor, and lay it all out for new living room. Stuff is got a look like pecan (<;

Nice. This stuff looks like some aged oak *s-word that I see everywhere now.

I personally wanted to just cut and run to get it over with.

And the flooring wasn't bad it just wasn't in vogue. Who gives a *s-word it still worked ffs.

That’s me as well if it functions fine I could care less. When I built my shophouse I painted the floors a sand colored epoxy. It lasted over 8 yrs b4 it started to have wear thru in the traffic areas. I was fine to spend another $200 to recoat the entire 1200’ but nope. It got almost $3500 worth of vinyl flooring instead.

Yes, last years were pretty seedy but the juice was really sweet. Mother strained them thru cheese cloth & mixed it in with some raspberries & blackberries when she made some jam.
