Given the sewer rate is based on one’s water bill, the old lady threw in the towel.

The sewer rate is roughly double the water bill as a way of paying for the storm water separation projects around Joetown.

Not many people water their lawns. Automatic sprinkler systems have mostly been shut off.

Something the desert southwest should try.

Except the banks. They have the best grass.

Our last field had some weird condition and had a 45 test weight..
2 small fields run and didn't even have to empty the combine..

Not even sure how that's possible.. It was Pioneer seed though FWIW..

The local varieties tested great and averaged out to close to 70 BU.
