I have the one for people quoting a reply I make turned on and replies to watched threads. I usually just scroll though the threads when I have time, but it's nice to be able to go directly to a thread if someone adds to it. Well I see I screwed up my last quote. But yes we are moving to Fargo. Wife got a job offer from the VA there and early this week I went up for a job interview and had 4 offers that pay more sthan what I make now in fields I have no experience in. Not sure if that mean my job sucks or my job really sucks. Monday I'll break the news to them I'm gone in 2 weeks. I kind of want to tell them I'm getting a job across town just to see how much money they'll throw at me.

Brenda and I spent 10 winters in MN.

Got the mowing time down to 2.5 hrs this go around.
Lowered the tire pressure from 15 to 10 PSI and that helped with slippage on the hills.

It's that way a lot of places out here. People are so hard up for help, they'll pay good money to get help and a lot of times that's quite a bit more than what people make at jobs they've been at for years, or decades. There's farmers out here starting people at 20/hr.

If a person wants more money or a different job, now is the time to make the switch, or ask for those raises.

I thought it was a long drive from Fargo to Westby, MT, then I set sail from Westby across Montana on my way to Chehalis,WA… That’s a long drive across Montana. And you are correct it gets a bit nippy up there.

Started at 9:30 AM..

FWIW, a hydro tractor is the absolute shizz when square baling.. best and most consistent bales we’ve ever made..

Oh, and did I mention I started and finished this year’s straw with the same shear pin..

Didn’t wanna say anything till I was done..
