A person could spend hours getting the brass out for only a few ounces.
If nobody wants them they will be taken to the scrap yard
A buddy of mine said I was a commodity trader since I picked $2 of aluminum cans from trash cans and had winning bid on a couple of $20 gold pieces at same auction. The brass I sold earlier this year had accumulated over time from yard sales, auctions and the like.
When the yard waste dump is along the way the 017 may get used to pack the focus with for woodor bags of grass/leaves will get brought back for compost pile. Or the ground road asphalt may get shoveled to continue the improvement on the driveway
Just keeping a lil occupied, and once the aluminum of those carbs is alone it goes back up to0 a buck a #

Stihl four mix carb. Note the largish impulse spigot.

I'd never even ran a 4 mix until I got my Kombi. Pretty interesting difference from a 2 stroke. I like it.

I used Stihl 4 stroke mixers for several years at the church. I liked them well enough. It really doesn't matter to me; I just need them (2 stroke or 4 stroke mixer) to start and spin without too much trouble.

I can agree with that! A lot of my noticing differences, is probably because I went from a 20.something cc Tanaka string trimmer to the largest Kombi, a 36cc I believe, or maybe 35.something cc. I used the Kombi when I got it home, but still use the Tanaka, because it's still a very good runner. 10 years old and I only had to mess with the idle screw once, the kill switch doesn't work and the head finally grenaded, but other than that, it's been flawless. I put a Oregon Speed Feed 450 head on it, just to keep it going. Not bad for 200 bucks.
